Overview
Coron's First Eco-Luxury Island
Set on the Malaroyroy Peninsula of Bulalacao Island, 22 kilometres south of Coron Town, Two Seasons was Coron's first eco-friendly luxury island resort, entirely self-sustaining and built as a turtle and giant clam sanctuary.
The peninsula's narrow shape means guests are never more than a few metres from water on either side — look east for sunrise, west for sunset, with a 200-metre beach facing each direction and a sandbar connecting to a neighbouring islet. Because the island sits far from any utility grid, Two Seasons runs its own desalination plant, sewage treatment facility and solar water heating, producing 80 cubic metres of fresh water daily as a zero-waste-discharge operation. Ten bungalow and casita-style accommodations, from Mountain and Seaview to Hilltop and Island Tip categories, are spread through lush tropical gardens with high ceilings and warm contemporary Filipino design, while the resort's Pawikan Aqua Sports Center and Molokini transparent kayaks make the vibrant house reef immediately accessible.
A genuinely off-grid operation. Every drop of fresh water, all electricity and all waste treatment on the island is produced and managed on-site — a rare degree of self-sufficiency for a resort of this scale.
