Some of the best memories made on safari were never really about the wildlife on its own — they were about who you were with when you saw it. Small group journeys exist for exactly that reason: built for people who already know each other, or are about to.
We run small group departures for old friends catching up properly for the first time in years, for families travelling across generations, for girls’ trips and boys’ trips, for corporate teams on a retreat that is meant to feel nothing like the office, and for school groups experiencing the wild together for the first time.
What holds all of these together is the same thing: shared experience builds memory differently to a solo one. A leopard sighting is a good story by itself. That same sighting watched shoulder to shoulder with the people you came with, glasses raised at a sundowner in the Mara as the light goes gold, is the version everyone is still telling years later.

A few things worth knowing before you put a group together.
The smallest group we run is two. There is no minimum beyond that.
There is no upper limit we cannot handle. However large your group is, we build the itinerary around it.
On rare occasions a group is large enough that it cannot be housed under one roof, and we split it across two nearby properties. It does not happen often, and when it does, we tell you well in advance.
Why Book As A Group

Group departures are consistently where our strongest pricing sits — rates, inclusions and upgrades tend to favour groups over solo bookings, simply because the economics work differently at scale.
But the real case for travelling as a group was never really about the discount. It is the shared fun — the first game drive, when nobody in the vehicle can quite believe what they are looking at; island hopping and dolphin sightings off the islands of Thailand with the whole group leaning over the same side of the boat; a sundowner in the Mara where the same story gets told three different ways by three different people who were all standing right there. Those moments land differently when there is a group to share them with.
